What is iNews' track record?
iNews has a track record achieving outstanding 'Open' and 'Click Through' rates, as compared to the Finance Industry averages. Over a 12 month period, 30% of iNews recipients opened their email newsletter, and a further 6% clicked through to the website to read more.

How do I add subscribers?
You can email Finware an excel file, in a format of First Name, Last Name, Email Address. We will upload this list to your database so that you are ready to send your newsletter to your existing customers, prospects and business affiliates from the first month of subscribing to iNews. You also have access to a Control Panel that allows you to subscribe new people and a link on your website (if applicable) that allows people searching your website to automatically subscribe to your newsletter.

Does this mean that Finware has ongoing access to my client database?
Finware can manage your client database on your behalf, but we take privacy very seriously. You are covered by our Privacy Policy within your Application Agreement.

Does this Newsletter comply with the Privacy/Spam Acts?
Yes, our Newsletter includes an "unsubscribe" button to allow your clients to unsubscribe from this service. Once someone unsubscribes from the service, they remain on the database but in an unsubscribed state (if they are subsequently added to the system it will recongise this an an unsubscribed client). You can also permanently remove someone from your database.

How do I edit my newsletter?
Using the URL and log-in details provided to you when you sign up, you will have access to the Content Management System that will allow you to edit/create an introduction, add/remove a main story, add a story to the Sidebar, Customised Feature Links.

How can I measure traffic from my Newsletter to my site?
The Content Managment system provides statistics on the number of subscribers who "click through" to read more of each story. Each click through is sent to your website's news section.

Can I print this newsletter and send to my clients via hard copy?
It is possible to view and print the Newsletter. However the Newsletter is formatted for optimal viewing an an online/email newsletter, so any printed form will include these formatting elements for online delivery.
