How do I provide Finware with my content for my website?
You can either email us files up to 10mbs. If you know how, zip the files to make them smaller. Images can be .jpg, gif, or .png. Text should be either a word document or as text in an email.

How do I edit my site?
You will have access to a Control Panel that will allow you to edit text, add pictures and generally control all the content on your site.

Is training provided?
Finware will provide you with on-line training and support on the Control Panel so that you can maintain your site.

If I need more than 20 email accounts, can they be set up?
Yes, Finware can set up as many email accounts as you need.

Does it cost more to set up additional pages?
No. You are able to create additional pages or sub pages at no additional charge.

My website is being hosted by a different supplier, do I need to transfer the hosting to Finware?
Yes because Finware needs to provide you with access to our Control Panel, to maintain and make changes to your website.
