Our aim is to make sure you are getting the most from your investment in iLend™. To help you get the best value support possible we provide you with access to our online support tool, iSupport. iSupport has been set up as the preferred method to assist customers and to deliver on our promise of excellent customer service.

If your request is training or "How To" related, you may want to view iLend™ training video's on Finware's iSupport site. If you do not have your iSupport login details, please call Finware on 1300 762 444, log a Speedy Support Enquiry or email support@finware.com.au to request your details.

 

Support Hours:

Technical support is provided for Finware applications during business hour; Monday to Friday,
8.00 am - 6.00 pm EST except NSW gazetted Public Holidays where support coverage will be
reduced.
